Terms of Service

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. You agree that the information you give us is true and up to date.

2. Orders

• Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation, not when you get the order confirmation email.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, there is a pricing error, we suspect fraud, or the order breaks these terms or a purchase limit. If we cancel after you paid, we will refund you in full.
• We may set purchase limits per customer, per household, or per payment method, especially for limited drops.
• Shipping, delivery, and returns are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy.

3. Prices and errors

• Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order.
• International orders may owe duties, taxes, or customs fees on delivery. These are paid by the buyer and are not included in our prices.
• We try to keep product details, colors, and prices accurate. Screens show colors differently, and mistakes can happen. If a price or description is wrong, we may cancel the order or contact you before shipping. We are not required to sell at an incorrect price.

4. Limited drops and early access

• TEVI releases clothing in small, limited runs (“drops”). Quantities are real and limited. When a drop sells out, it may not be made again.
• We may offer early access to people on our list before a drop opens to the public.
• Early-access links are personal to you. Please don’t share, sell, or post them.
• Early access is not a guarantee that an item will be in stock or that you will be able to buy it.
• We may revoke early access, or cancel orders made through it, if a link is shared, resold, used by bots or scripts, or used to get around purchase limits.
• Drop dates and times may change. If they do, we will tell the list.

5. Coupons and offers

• One coupon per customer unless the offer says otherwise.
• Coupons can’t be combined with other coupons or offers unless stated.
• Coupons have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for cash, and can’t be applied to past orders.
• Coupons may have an expiration date and may not apply to every product, including some limited items.
• Coupons are for your own use and can’t be sold or transferred.
• If you return an item bought with a coupon, the refund is the amount you actually paid.
• We may cancel coupons or orders that misuse an offer, for example by creating multiple accounts.

Everything on this site belongs to TEVI or its licensors. This includes all clothing designs, graphics, the TEVI name and logo, photos, videos, text, stories, and the look of the site. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• You may view the site and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our designs, photos, or text without written permission.
• You may not make or sell copies of TEVI designs.
• If you share a photo of yourself in TEVI and tag us, you give us permission to repost it with credit. We will ask first before using it in ads or on product pages.

7. Acceptable use

When using the site, please don’t:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to buy, monitor, or scrape the site.
• Buy items to resell in bulk, or try to get around purchase limits.

• Use the site for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Pretend to be someone else or give false information.

We may suspend access or cancel orders if these rules are broken.

8. Product use

Please follow the care instructions on each item. Garments with an enzyme vintage wash may have small variations in color and texture. This is part of the process, not a defect.

9. Disclaimer

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties beyond those stated on the product page or required by law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, TEVI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved in the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover TEVI’s reasonable losses and legal costs if you break these terms or the law while using the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. 13. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Orders already placed follow the terms in effect when you ordered.

14. Other
