SMS Terms — TEVI Drops

1. The program

TEVI Drops is a text message program from TEVI ([LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]). It sends alerts about new drops, early-access openings, and occasional offers from tevi.studio.

2. How you join

You join by entering your mobile number and checking the box that says “Text me when early access opens,” or by texting a keyword we publish to our number [SHORT CODE OR PHONE NUMBER]. That box is never pre-checked. You will get a confirmation text when you join.

3. What you’ll receive

These are recurring automated marketing text messages sent to the number you provide, using an automated system.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive up to [6] messages per month. Most months will be quieter. Around a drop, messages may be closer together.

5. Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

6. Consent is not required to buy

Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from TEVI.

7. How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You will get one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more marketing texts. To join again, sign up again on the site or text [KEYWORD] to [SHORT CODE OR PHONE NUMBER].

Reply HELP to any message for help, or email [CONTACT EMAIL].

9. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change.

12. Changes

We may change these SMS terms or end the program. Changes will be posted on this page. If you keep receiving texts after a change, that means you accept the updated terms. You can always reply STOP.

good to know

  • Measurements are taken with the jacket laid flat, after washing. "Flat" widths are half the full circumference.
  • Each piece is garment-washed by hand, so sizes can vary by about ±1 cm (±0.4 in), and the fade is a little different on every jacket.
  • 100% cotton can shrink up to 3%. Wash cold, inside out, and hang to dry to keep the fit.
  • Colors can look different on different screens.
  • This chart is a guide. Fit depends on your body and how you like to wear it, so we can't promise a perfect fit.

wrong size?

  • Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, with tags on.
  • Items marked final sale can't be returned or exchanged.
  • Exchanges depend on stock. Limited pieces may sell out.
  • Return shipping may be your cost unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
