Cookie Policy
Effective date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Pixels are small pieces of code that tell a service (like Meta or TikTok) that you visited a page. This page explains which ones tevi.studio uses and how you can choose.
1. Necessary
These keep the site working. They are always on, because the cart and checkout can’t work without them.
- WooCommerce cart and session cookies (for example woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_*): remember what’s in your cart. Session cookies last up to [48 HOURS — CONFIRM].
- Consent cookie ([CONSENT COOKIE NAME]): remembers your cookie choices so we don’t ask every visit. Lasts [12 MONTHS — CONFIRM].
- tevi_access: remembers that you opened a private early-access link, so you can shop the drop during early access. Lasts [DURATION — CONFIRM].
- Payment cookies from Stripe (WooPayments) and PayPal: help process payments securely and prevent fraud at checkout.
- WordPress cookies: used if you log in to an account.
2. Analytics
These help us understand how people use the site, like which pages are visited and where visitors come from. They only load if you allow them.
- Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit), for example _ga and _ga_*. Last up to [2 YEARS — CONFIRM].
3. Marketing
These measure our ads and help show TEVI ads to people who may like them, on other sites and apps. They only load if you allow them.
- Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram), for example _fbp. Lasts about [3 MONTHS — CONFIRM].
- TikTok pixel, for example _ttp. Lasts about [13 MONTHS — CONFIRM].
- Omnisend tracking cookies (for example omnisendContactID, soundest*): connect site visits to email and SMS so we can send things like a cart reminder. [CONFIRM CATEGORY AND DURATION IN OMNISEND SETTINGS.]
For California residents, marketing pixels may count as “sharing” personal information for targeted ads. Turning off marketing cookies opts you out. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Your choices
- The first time you visit, a banner lets you Accept all, Reject non-essential, or open Settings to choose by category.
- You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the site footer.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a choice to reject marketing cookies.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, the cart and checkout may not work.
5. Changes
If we add or remove tools, we will update this page and may ask for your consent again.
